There was a small monument very near a pub that offered local, mature cheddar and scrumpy cider, so we had to stop. Victor got fish & chips, nearly inexcusable when one is in the birthplace of cheddar. But then, my lunch came also with Brie.
Of course, minutes after lunch we came across a heavily tourist-focused load of Cheddar-related spots, but who knew? And anyway, lunch was good.
