Creatures all around

Dogs are everywhere in this community: in the pub, on the beach, trekking the hillsides, yelping in cars. This one kept plunging down the steep slope to the beach and then returning to fetch his sedentary master.


Also in evidence, a rock face that suggests an animal, namely a lion--reminding us powerfully of Piha Beach in New Zealand. (Not just the lion, but also the pyramidal rock off shore.) Following is the rock face from the parking lot:
