2 tsp butter
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
1 bunch asparagus
Dice shallot. Snap asparagus stems. Melt butter.
Combine butter, curry powder, lemon juice, and salt in bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over med heat.
Add shallot and cook, stirring, until soft (2 min).
Add asparagus and cook, stirring, until tender (5 min).
Stir curry butter into asparagus and toss to coat.
