Newlyn

Newlyn is where the Penlee lifeboat is stationed now, moored and perpetually afloat. Newlyn is between Penzance and Mousehole. Its beautiful harbor is below; sorry, these pics were taken from the car. In the distance you can see the sweep of Mounts Bay and Penzance.


Below you can make out, middle left, the orange and blue lifeboat. The building with the blue sides in the center is RNLI.


This is--across Victor at the wheel--that blue building (on right). It goes by the name Penlee.
