St. Ives

We had wanted to go to St. Ives before we left for the Scillies. It proved a bit too out of the way on Sunday. Today, we thought, we can get to St. Ives!

Well, there was no place to park and loads of traffic. We pulled into a massive Tesco (supermarket, the black shape at right) to snap this image. And we consulted the atlas, our iPads, and GPS, as we had done the day we found Mevagissey, to find small-town alternatives.
