Annet

The guidebook that I picked up on the boat talked of Bronze Age, Iron Age, and Celtic monuments, cairns, and burial chambers all over the islands. Some of these images of Annet--which is a bird sanctuary and off limits--appear to capture such ancient features. Others convey the risks associated with trying to pass the island group to the west.
