Mousehole

That name is pronounced Mowzle. Mousehole is where all the crew of the Penlee lifeboat was from. We couldn't stop in that town because the roads were steep and narrow, and we are not British drivers. I took pics from the car, though. It's a beautiful town; forgive the windshield effects.





And here is the lifeboat station, disused and standing as a memorial:


This is the slipway (below) that the boat launched down from the building above. There were once a number of cliff-face lifeboat houses.
