Crossing the Chesapeake

We crossed the Chesapeake Bay on Wednesday, headed for NC. Before we got to the bridge, we passed a bike race that must have been at least half-a-mile long. Then, in crossing, we saw porpoises, and I saw a pelican. Welcome reminders of the wildlife present at our destination!
