Chinese mustard vinaigrette

We enjoyed this on green beans. The recipe says to drizzle over fish or vegetables. From Relish magazine,

1/2 c rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Chinese mustard
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 c walnut or peanut oil (I used peanut)
1 tsp minced shallot
1/4 tsp salt
