Some things change

Some things that change: the population of earth, and the locations that will support life. Due to septic issues, few of the latter will exist, it appears, at Mirlo Beach. It's hard to believe, seeing these images, that the hurricane was 2 months ago -- but not at all hard to believe that the highway reopened only 12 days ago. Many services and resources were unavailable until then.
