Kitchen support

We have put in our traditional squash and eggplant. Zucchini and summer squash -- even eggplants -- are available at so little cost in the markets that it's difficult to make the case that it's worth it to grow them, considering the effort and time involved. I'm wondering where I can find chayote squash seeds. Chayote is hard to find. Fruit is worth growing, considering its price tag, but the plot is too small.

However, flowers are a different matter. What they bring into the kitchen is not nutrient material, but lovely, aromatic visions.
