I realize now that I didn't include Dream a Little Dream of Me - (Mama) Cass Elliot, and that I didn't look outside the pop/rock/alternative genres.
What would you add to this list? What would you delete?
Something by Squeeze?
ReplyDeleteLOVE that you have Roger Miller "King of the Road"! I have fond memories of family gatherings and my uncles breaking into this song. The Lenny Kravitz song is actually called "Always on the Run" but the album is "Mama Said". I did a similar list on Facebook after doing a Top 15 albums list. I did 50 songs off the top of my head and could do another 10 of those! ~RF~
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU for the info re: LK's song title. Now, at last, I will be able to download it!
